  3. Before using Times+ please be sure that you have read and fully understand the license agreement included with the Times+ archive. By using and/or distributing Times+ you automatically agree to the license agreement and the disclaimer contained within the agreement.

  5. The Times+ About box information is dated and has the following errors:
  6. * The copyright line is incomplete. It should state: "©Copyright 1995, 1997 Taylor Design." This does not, in any way, waiver or affect the copyright or license.
  7. * It is incorrectly stated that Times+ is shareware. As of May 1st, 1997, this is no longer true. Times+ is now freeware.
  8. * The address is incorrect. The city should be "Oak Hills".

  10. The About box could not be corrected in time for the freeware "re-release" due to a problem compiling the original source code in the original programming environment on a modern Power Macintosh. The About box was left unchanged rather than risk the introduction of new bugs.
